Ward is born April 15, 1977 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. Following the completion of her high school studies she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer before her junior year. She was a member of the dance and drill team. Shortly after her graduation, she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward aged 13 began modeling after she left school. After graduation, she relocated in New York to pursue this career. In the years following she made the decision to pursue acting. In the 70s, Ward played a minor role uncredited in the soap opera daytime All My Children. Then she was offered a brief role on NBC's primetime teen-drama Malibu Shores. The daytime soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the young Meg Cummings in late 1996. In 1999, she began pursuing her own film career, playing her psychological Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd. The film was a commercial disappointment in the theater, however it had some successes on home and cable. Ward played a support role for the role of Shallow Hal the following year. Also, she has appeared in a variety of direct-to-DVD films and has made guest appearances in various TV shows including Friends. The role in the role of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 as she was the mother of a girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In her private life, she was married to David C. Robinson. The couple had a boy named Cameron.

Sandra Lee has achieved great popularity on social media with her blackhead and pimple popping removal videos. Also, she is known as Dr. Pimple popper and has over 13 million followers on the You Tube, Instagram and Facebook pages.
